"I thought this was going to be..."
I thought this was going to be one of those services where something goes wrong or takes forever, but it actually went smoothly. They got things done quickly and didn’t make a big fuss about anything. I’m still a little surprised it worked out as well as it did.

"Super easy to get started"
Getting set up was really straightforward, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all during the onboarding. Everything was easy to follow, which made the whole experience feel smooth from the start. it was such a relief to get going without any stress.

"Felt like a solid deal overall"
I went with Launch RI mostly because the pricing passed my quick gut-check. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option I found, but when I compared the price to what was included, it just felt like a fair trade. There are a couple little things I’d tweak if I could, but nothing that made me regret choosing it. Overall, I’m happy with the value.

"Not always on time"
They’ve been late a few times, so it’s hard to fully count on them. Kind of frustrating. Not the most reliable experience

"Support got back to me really fast"
I was feeling trapped because I couldn’t figure out what to do next, but support replied way faster than I expected. They helped me right away and made the whole thing a lot less stressful
